Prior to Graduation Day

It is highly recommended that your pre-book your portrait session prior to your graduation event. You can pre-book here.

Your portrait session includes not only your time with our tertiary qualified and highly experienced photographer and studio space on your graduation day but also time for photographs with your family and friends. The photographer will take a range of shots both of yourself in traditional portrait styles and with family and friends.

On the Day

Reed Graduation Services staff will be available before and after the ceremony to assist you with your portrait session or purchasing memorabilia available for your graduation day. View memorabilia options and pre-book them online here.

Photography Studios are open 2 hours prior to your ceremony. It is highly recommended that you have your Studio Portrait Session before your ceremony to avoid queues and allow you to relax afterwards with your family and friends.  If your family and friends are unavailable before the ceremony you are welcome to have your portrait and standing shots taken before the ceremony and return afterwards for family and friend shots at no extra charge.

Your photographer will carefully arrange your gown and take you through a range of poses of yourself as well as with family and friends. Sample La Trobe University testamurs will be available as props and any additional props such as flowers and bears will be thoughtfully and professionally worked into your photos.

After the Event

Your images will be available to view and order online in 48 hours here. A range of sizes and styles are available to choose from as well as digital copies of your images.  

Reed Graduation Services provide the highest quality printed images, thoughtfully retouched and carefully packaged and delivered to your door or post office. Quality takes time but please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries.
